NeuroConfetti
From a distinctive brand to a dedicated neuroinclusion platform.
- Brand identity
- Websites
- Product development
(opens in a new tab)NeuroConfetti helps organisations create more neuroinclusive workplaces through practical training, advice and consultancy.
This work has developed in two stages: a distinctive visual identity and practical marketing website, followed by a more specialised platform designed to extend the support available to managers.
Building the foundations
NeuroConfetti began with a clear ambition for its visual identity: to be bright, engaging and joyful.
The challenge was finding the right balance. The brand needed to communicate energy and positivity without becoming overwhelming or compromising readability.
I developed a colourful visual identity around those principles, then carried it through to a simple, effective marketing website built with Squarespace.
The decision to use an established website platform was deliberate. It provided a practical foundation for presenting NeuroConfetti's training and consultancy services without introducing unnecessary technical complexity.
The website is now live, attracting visitors and generating enquiries.

As NeuroConfetti's services developed, an opportunity emerged to provide practical support beyond its existing training and consultancy offers.
This led to NeuroInclusion Unlimited, an online platform designed to help managers navigate neurodiversity-related situations in the workplace, with accessible, practical guidance available when they need it.
The platform is currently in beta testing with users. It includes several scenarios, a growing library of practical tools, a user onboarding process, a dashboard, and search and filtering functionality to help people find relevant support.
The content and subject expertise come from NeuroConfetti, while my contribution spans the digital product's strategy, design and technical development. Unlike the marketing website, this phase requires a bespoke application designed around a more specific user need.
(opens in a new tab)The approach
The two phases reflect the same underlying principle: use the simplest appropriate technology for the problem.
For the initial website, that meant an established platform that could be delivered and maintained efficiently. For NeuroInclusion Unlimited, it meant shaping and developing a more specialised product to complement the wider training and consultancy offering.
The result is an evolving digital offering, supporting both the immediate commercial needs of NeuroConfetti and its longer-term ambitions.
